Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use the 'Order Status' tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the timepiece in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and certificates, then secure it within the original shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received at our service center, our master watchmakers will inspect the piece for quality assurance before processing your full refund to the original payment method.
